Personal Alignment (30–40 min): We test through a series of statements and essential oils to help you move through change and align mind, body and soul.
Aromatherapy Stress Relief (ASR) (40–60 min): Through testing, we discover which essential oil and stress management techniques will help you through the most stressful periods in your life.
Heart Reconnection (60–90 min): This process will help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level when you are feeling disconnected from yourself. A guided meditation is included. It’s all about feeling whole again.
